Here is how to troubleshoot this issue:
1) Reset your password:
Click this link (opens in new tab)
Then click the "Forgot pwd" link
Then enter your email and click Reset (make sure you use the same email that you used to buy Board Commander. To find the receipt, please search your email for "zaxaa" and you will find the receipt)
You will receive the instructions how to reset your password by email.
Important: Check your "Spam" folder in case you don't see the email straight away.
2) If Step 1 above doesn't work:
It may happen that your email provider blocks the emails from Board Commander.
In that case, you can access Board Commander from your Zaxaa account. Here are the steps:
Go to Zaxaa.com, and login with your email and password (or click reset password on zaxaa.com) and then click “my purchases” at the top and then access product.

After you click "My purchases", you can then click "Access Product" to log in straight to Board Commander. Here is the screenshot:
After you click "Access Product", you will be logged straight into Board Commander and you will see your login and password on the screen.

Then please log a ticket with this helpdesk and attach your purchase receipt from Zaxaa.
